With the lulls before the break about to hit, I thought it would be a good idea to stay motivated with a one week sprint! If you are unfamiliar with what a sprint is, it is a common startup company term where a team will set short (1 or 2 weeks) term goals which each different team member should be focusing on.
We will make SMART goals (if you aren't familiar with these, see the image below or come ask me and we will talk about what this means) to start the week and then end the week with an evaluation on how we met those goals. Meet with your team and fill out the Google form linked below. I expect them to be very similar between teammates (especially regarding the team's priorities), but everyone should submit their own and have their own SMART goal.
